Ordering-

By placing an order with our company, you agree to our terms and conditions (polices). You also agree that all information entered during checkout is accurate. Any orders with information believing not to be accurate or that is unverifiable, can result in order cancellation.

Payment-

We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, money orders, checks, and bank wire transfers. Western Union may also be accepted. You may be required to fax a copy of your credit card and ID to ensure possession of the card. Mailed payments should include a copy of your order confirmation to ensure a speedy shipment. Our company is required to collect sales tax (8.25%) for orders shipped to California and Texas.

Shipping-

Orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days of confirmed payment. Packages are insured at no additional cost. Tracking numbers are provided upon request. Shipments made to any address other than your billing address are subject to verification and approval. Please email us for international, PO/APO boxes, and expedited shipments (shipping@bestplacetobuyit.net). If an order is shipped internationally, you will be responsible for any customs fees. To check on the status of your order send us an email with your order number and delivery zip code (status@bestplacetobuyit.net).

Refunds-

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or merchandise credit. Please send us an email stating your order number and reason for return (refunds@bestplacetobuyit.net.) We will send confirmation of eligibility for return via email after we review your request. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returned orders must be returned in the same condition received, with original box.

Privacy-

Our company understands the importance of your privacy. Therefore, we have added several security features to our site. Some of which include, two different Turbo SSL certificates. It is our guarantee to you, that your information will never be compromised.

Fraud-

If our fraud detection software flags your order or if we believe you are trying to commit fraud, we will notify the appropriate authorities. We have implemented various methods to ensure the legitimacy of an order. To-date we have two pending prosecutions as a result of fraud. Please don't be the next!
